Traveling Trunk is a collection of artists and performers founded by Bryce McWilliams, Holly Bell, and Nick Hoenshell in the fall of 2006, in order to provide a unique theatrical approach to sharing the message of God’s love, and the gospel of Jesus Christ in a way that is relevant to today’s society and culture.
Based out of East Texas, Traveling Trunk has grown to include poets, artists, and musicians who are all committed and devoted to the excellence and quality of their craft in an otherwise complacent industry. Over the years, the Christian arts and entertainment industry has developed a reputation for poor quality and mediocrity. In today’s society, many people have begun to assume that if art is labeled as “Christian,” then it will not be anything of worth. Although we believe that this viewpoint is not always accurate, Traveling Trunk seeks to break that assumption by providing quality Christian entertainment and art.
The members of Traveling Trunk are committed to developing a new standard of Christian Drama. Our backgrounds are extensive, including degrees in Theatre, Sacred Music, Theatrical Performance, Design/Technology, and Business!
